Innovation in the old stables of Sant'Agostino

In 2021, in collaboration with Studio Prater, we transformed a historic cold storage room into a modern olive oil mill with innovative Mori-Tem machinery to produce quality and freshness.
Our tasting room was designed to offer our visitors a unique experience that combines tradition and innovation.
From the olive tree to the bottle, within 6 hours our oil is ready for sale and consumption, to ensure maximum respect for all the natural properties of the cold-extracted product.
